Ingredients:
butter
pecans
chocolate Candy-Quik

Directions:
Directions:
Make a little or a lot. Pour melted butter over broken pecans, spread out on baking dish. Bake at 250º about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Cool. I use Candy-Quik from the grocery store. It's like a big candy bar. You can use a couple of squares or more, depending on how many pecans you're doing. I melt the chocolate in microwave according to directions. Stir pecans into chocolate and drop by small spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
These are great for gifts, teachers, doctors, etc.
You will never find better chocolate pecans. Toasting the pecans makes all the difference.
