flour
salt
milk

Directions:
Beat eggs with a wisk and add salt. Add flour till mixture starts to thicken. Then add more milk till mixture thins out. Put oil in your skillet. When HOT, put a ladle full of the egg mixture in your pan. It will brown quickly, so you'll have to turn it over in a minute or so. Then take it off in about the same time. Be sure and keep your skillet HOT. Use syrup on them or sprinkle with sugar and roll them up. That's the way the kids eat them.
