1 cup warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
2 packages active dry yeast, not quick rising
1 stick butter (melted)
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
4 to 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the warm water ans yeast in a large bowl. Let stand until yeast is foamy, sti in butter, sugar, eggs, and salt. Beat in flour, one cup at a time until dough is too stiff to mix, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan, divide dough ingo equal portions, roll each piece into a small round ball. place round ball in even rows in the prepared baking pan. Cover and let dough rise until double in size. Bake until rolls are golden brown, brush with butter.
