3 eggs (beaten)
1 1/4 cups Margerine (softened)
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups Flour
1 tsp. Soda
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
3 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margerine and sugar together.
Add beaten eggs and vanilla.
Add sifted flour mixed with baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Add 2 cups of grated and pealed zucchini squash.
Optional may add 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
Makes 5 small loaf pans or 3 medium loaf pans.
