1 pkg Perogi
2 large Portabello mushrooms diced
3 green onions
1/4 stick butter
1 pkg brown gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the Perogi's as directed. Saute diced green onions, portabello mushrooms and butter in a skillet. Make brown gravy mix as directed and pour into the mushroom mixture. Pour over the Perogi's and serve with a salad.

Perogi's are Pasta stuffed with mashe potatoes. You can get these in the freezer section of your grocery or from Schwann's.
