6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 slices bacon, fried and crumbled or 1 Tbsp. bacon grease
pepper (to taste)
salt (to taste)
2 cups american cheese (or Velveta)
4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a dutch oven or Large Pot, add potatoes.
Add enough water to cover.
Boil until potatoes are tender. Drain and add rest of ingredients. Cook Just until heated through.
Do NOT boil.

I love this served with Corn Bread or Rolls.
I also like to sprinkle in Green Onions in my bowl of Soup!
