1-1/2 C. Unsalted Butter
2 C. Sugar
2 C. chopped Walnuts, divided
3 Tbsp. Corn Syrup
3 Tbsp. Cold Water
1/2 C. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 C. Butterscotch Chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan. melt butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the sugar and heat on high until it just starts to boil.
In a separate bowl, mix corn syrup and water together, then add to saucepan.
Heat the mixture on high until it reaches 290º on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat immediately and stir in 1 C. of the nuts. Pour onto a greased cookie sheet and let cool for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips together. Then spread evenly over the cooling buttercrunch. Sprinkle with the remaining nuts.
