1 Deer Ham
3 Cups Ketchup
1 Cup Water
2 Cups Onions - finely chopped
2 Cups Celery - finely chopped
1 Cup Green Pepper - finely chopped
4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
6 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
6 Tbsp Vinegar
8 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 sticks Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil one Deer Ham until tender (with vinegar, if preferred) - Pull meat from the bone. You want the pieces to be somewhat stringy, and about 1-2" in length. Saute onions, celery and green pepper in butter until soft. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Add sautéed mixture.Allow sauce to simmer for about 15 min. Salt and Pepper to taste. Spread the pulled Deer meat in baking dish, then cover with sauce. Bake at 350º for about 20 min. Enjoy!
