1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 T. cream(or milk)
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
3 c. flour
May add unsweetened liquid chocolate for chocolate cookies.
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Mix butter, sugar, egg, cream, and vanilla.
Add baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour.
Mix thoroughly
Bake on greased cookie sheet for 5-7 minutes.
