1 can white shoepeg corn, drained
1 can niblets corn, drained
1 can black eyed peas, drain - rinse
1 can black beans, drain - rinse
1 sm can sliced black olives, drained
1 sm can chopped green chilies, drained
1 sm can chopped jalapeno peppers

1 lg chopped tomato
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 sm green pepper, chopped
2 tsp minced garlice (MCormicks) dry
1 1/2 cup any Italian dressing
