Ingredients:  
2 Tbsp Butter
Chicken Breast (with or without bone)
Mrs.Dash or other fave seasoning
Mayo
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place butter in the bottom of your crockpot.
2. Put your chicken (whole breasts with or without the fat trimmed...either way is fine) on top of the butter.
3. Cover lightly with Mrs.Dash or another favorite seasoning.
4. Cover with water and cook until tender.
5. Drain the water (I dump the whole pot in the strainer)
Let cool then shred the chicken.
6. Add Mayo, salt, pepper and whatever else you like in your chicken salad.
(*such as relish, diced onions, diced boiled eggs, etc*)
