Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 pkgs of Polish Kielbasa or Smoked Sausage
3 Jars of "La Choy" Sweet & Sour Sauce (red)
1- 20 oz. can Crushed Pineapples
1- 20 oz. can Tidbits Pineapples
1- 20 oz. can Chunk Pineapples
1 jar marchino cherries
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 or 2 squirts of Maple Pancake Syrup
Onion- diced in larger pieces (amount is up to you) *Optional* Bell Peppers- diced in larger pieces

Directions:
Directions:
In a large electric skillet heated to 400 degrees (or you can use a large frying pan), add Kielbasa and S&S sauce. Stir well and add in crushed pineapples. (Drain your other pineapples but save the juice). Add those pineapples to the skillet. Pour a little of the pineapple juice into your sweet and sour jars and shake up to get any of the left over S&S sauce that didn't come out so you don't waste any of it...and add to the skillet. Add in Cherries (don't drain). Add in onions and peppers and maple syrup. Mixture will be fairly soupy, if not add some of the pineapple juice you saved. Continue to cook on a higher temp. stirring OFTEN so it won't stick. Your mixture will start thickening up as it begins to brown...then reduce heat and simmer with lid for 30 to 45 minutes. (Personally I think the Longer it cooks the better it gets. It gets even better the next day when reheated as leftovers!!!) --------------------------------------------------------------------*Optional* As a pretty garnish: Once it is done cooking Cover top of mixture with sliced pineapples and add a cherry to the center of each one and put the lid back on and let it sit until those pineapples are heated really good.
~~~~~After you have cooked this several times...you will learn that you can alter the recipe to suit your tastes...adding more or less brown sugar and maple syrup...and You can either use the pineapples in their own juice or in the Heavy syrup juice according to how sweet you want it ~~~~~
