Parchment Paper or aluminum foil

Do Not preheat oven.

Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Lay strips of bacon on it and then bake at 400 degrees for about 17-20 minutes depending upon how crispy you want it.
Then all the bacon is done at the same time,
meanwhile you were free to make the rest of breakfast.

*you do not have to turn it, but it may cook more evenly if you do*
