2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. bacon grease or any other meat drippings/grease
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In hot skillet, stir grease, flour, salt and pepper over medium heat.
Stir until it starts getting brown.
Turn heat on low and pour milk in slowly until it thickens.

TIP:
*****The longer you brown the flour the darker the gravy is.... which is why
some people have WHITE gravy and some have Brown Gravy!!!!

******If u want it to be Sausage Gravy.....Crumble up a few pieces of Cooked Sausage in your pan of Gravy.
