Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 lbs ground chuck
1 small onion (grated)
2 tsp. Nature Seasoning (by Morton) available at Wal-Mart

4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 c. shredded cheese (I used Italian blend 5 cheese mix)
¼ c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grate onion in ground chuck and add nature seasoning, mix well and roll meat into 1 inch balls,
make a hole into each meat ball about the size of a marble, set aside.

Mix together cream cheese, shredded cheese, and parmesan cheese, and roll into balls
the size of marbles.

Put cheese ball into meat balls and make sure cheese balls are covered well with meat, otherwise cheese will melt out of meatballs. You can bake these at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or fry them in a skillet until done. (we find baking them is easier)
