Directions:
This is prepared in Several different steps:

1st Step:

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Once Boiling add in the 2 cups Instant White Rice. Cover and Remove from Heat. Set aside for approx. 5 minutes until tender. Remove Cover and stir then let the rice set uncovered until it is cool. (Set aside until later use).

2nd Step:

Cup up the Chicken in bite size pieces. Heat oil in skillet and add Chicken. Begin Frying the chicken and dash some soy sauce over it and add onions. Sprinkle with Garlic Sauce and Mrs.Dash. Continue cooking until the chicken is done. Add Hot water and the contents from the Betty Crocker Chicken Helper. Stir everything up really good. Heat to Boiling, Stirring occasionally. Reduce Heat to Low; cover and simmer about 15 minutes, until rice is tender. In a seperate skillet add a spoonful of butter and scramble the eggs and make sure they are in very small pieces and set aside for later.

In a seperate Skillet I like to saute all my veggies and water chestnuts. Season these with some soy sauce, Spicy Mrs. Dash and Garlic Salt. Set Aside.

3rd Step:

Heat oil in a Large skillet and add diced onions and green onions and cook a few minutes until they start to get tender, then add in cold white rice. Fry this pretty fast and keep it stirred really well. You may have to add a little more oil while its cooking. Season it with some of the Spicy Mrs. Dash (*the more you use the Hotter it will be*) and Garlic Salt. Add in some Soy Sauce until the rice looks more Brown. Add in Some Frozen Peas and Continue to Fry the Rice for Several minutes. Give it time to absorb the soy sauce real good. Remove from Heat. In a Large Bowl or Pan Mix Together your Chicken and Rice from Step 2 and the Fried Rice you just now made. Then add in the Scrambled Eggs and your Veggies. Make sure to mix it all up really good. You may have to add more Soy Sauce...depending upon how you like it!
SERVE and ENJOY!!!

It may seem like there is alot of work involved...but it is really worth it! I like to split the work up and go ahead and dice up all my onions, cut up my chicken and boil my rice early in the day then put it in the fridge until it is time to start cooking supper. This way it dosen't take so much time in the evening to get done!
