16 oz. Mayo
8 oz. sour cream
1 oz. Romano cheese
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. celery
1/2 bunch green onion
10 oz. spinach

Directions:

Cut up artichoke hearts and mix with all other ingredients. Bake at 350º for 20 to 30 min. till bubbly. Eat with tortilla chips.
