1 8oz. cream cheese
1 8oz. Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar

Pretzel mixture
3/4 c. crushed pretzel
1/4 c. sugar
4 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Pretzel mixture: Mix together sugar and butter, add pretzels then spread on cookies sheet, bake 400º for 7 min. until caramelized. Let cool while scraping off pan and store in airtight container. Mix together cream cheese, cool whip, and sugar; whip until smooth with mixer and add pineapple, refrigerate.
Fold in pretzels just before serving.
