1 Devil's Food Cake
1 14oz. caramels unwrapped
1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
Chocolate frosting (canned or favorite recipe)
1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour 2 cups of batter into 13x9 pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Meanwhile in heavy pan over low heat melt caramels, butter and sweetened condensed milk. Spread over first baked cake layer. Spread rest of batter over caramel layer and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.

Cool. Frost with chocolate frosting and sprinkle with toasted pecans.
