Ingredients:
2 c. plain croutons
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. sale
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. minced green peppers
2 tbsp. chopped scallions
4 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

Directions:
Sprinkle croutons on bottom of greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Mix eggs, milk, cheese, salt and mustard. Pour over croutons. Sprinkle top with peppers, scallions and bacon. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
