Directions:
Cut the round steak into serving pieces. Salt and pepper both sides. Place the meat into a zip loc bag. Shake in a zip loc bag with flour. Brown in a hot stainless skillet with 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Remove the meat, pour off the fat, while leaving the browned flour stuck to the bottom of the skillet. Remove the skillet from the heat. Fill a shaker with cold water and 1/4 cups flour. Shake well and pour into the skillet. Put the skillet back on the heat after stirring thoroughly. Put meat back into skillet and cover with the gravy. Turn on low heat and place a lid on the skillet. Cook about 45 minutes more. Check frequently to ensure the meat is not burning.
