3 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
(room temperature)
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 cup chocolate malted milk powder

Chocolate Crust
1 pkg. chocolate wafers
1/4 cup chocolate malted milk powder
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Crust directions...Place cookies in food processor on pulse until you have medium coarse crumbs. Mix with butter and powdered malt powder and butter and press in bottom and sides and bottom of 10" cheesecake pan.

Filling:
Mix cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, almond extract and malt powder. Bake at 300 degrees. 1 hour and 5 minutes or until set. Cool overnight. Remove sides. Garnish with toasted almonds
