4 Chicken Breasts (Bone-in and Skin-on)
Seasoned Flour (salt, pepper, paprika)
1/4 C. Vegetable Oil
6 Tbsp. Butter, divided
1/4 C. Chicken Broth
1 small Onion, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 lb. fresh Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 C. Sour Cream
1/2 C. Heavy Cream
Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 350º.
Roll chicken in seasoned flour. Heat oil in large skillet, brown chicken turning to brown on both sides. Arrange chicken in roasting pan. Dot with 4 Tbsp. butter. Pour broth over it and bake until chicken is tender, about 1-1/4 hours.
In a small skillet heat 2 Tbsp. butter and sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms just until softened, do not brown. In a small bowl combine the sour cream and the heavy cream until mixed well. Gradually add cream mixture to pan, stirring. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat gently, but do not boil.
