1 cup (2 sticks) butter
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup finely chopped pecans
2 cups self rising flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese, add sugar, vanilla and pecans. Mix well. Gradually add flour, mixing well. Drop by small teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325º for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned (watch closely) Allow to cool before removing from cookie sheet.
