2 lbs. country style pork ribs
1 large onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 4oz. can tomato sauce
3 tbs. chili powder
1 large can white or yellow hominy
4 cups water

Excellent crock pot recipe. Put all ingredients in pot- Cook on high until meat is tender then add all of the other ingredients. Serve with shredded lettuce and lemon wedges for each bowl and tortillas.
