1 cup Bulgar
1 1/2 cup farina
2 large Onion sliced thin
3 clove garlic minced
2 tbs dried coriander
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp dried red pepper hot or mild
1 16 oz can tomatoes sauce
2 tsp salt or to taste
1 tbs chopped fresh coriander

In a large Mixing bowl add Bulgar and farina mix wash and drained.
add 1 tsp coriander and salt, knead by hand and use water to help you to combine the mix to be soft dough and sit a side for 1/2 hour to rest.
then add some water if needed to knead it again to make sure it still soft not hard.
Make a small ball size then flatten with your hand by press it to make a small disc and leave your fingers mark on it place it in a try pan after you finish making it.
Use large pot and add water to boil the kibbeh with 1 1/2 tsp salt.
drop the kibbeh in the boiling water to cook it perfectly soft, then drain the water to strainer and wash it with cold water like you do to the pasta.
Use the same pot by adding the olive oil to and suttee the onion and garlic
translucent then add 1 tsp coriander, hot pepper and salt pour the tomatoes sauce and stir and mix, let it to cook on low heat for 10 min.
know add the boiled kibbeh to the sauce keep cooking it for 5 min. shut the oven off to rest and absorb the sauce. Serve.it in nice dish and garnish with fresh coriander ..
