1 baked and cooled single pie crust
1 3-oz pkg instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. cold milk
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. sour cream
1 cup mincemeat
1- 1 1/2/cups Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vanilla pudding , cold milk, and cold water. Mix well, Option: Can use all milk instead of milk and water. Chill until set. Fold in sour cream, mincemeat, and Cool Whip. Pour in pie shell. Refrigerate until serving. Top with a dollop of Cool Whip when serving.
