2 cups Minute Rice (uncooked)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag mixed frozen vegetables
1 can chopped chicken
1 can cheese soup
cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In the bottom of a dutch oven or deep casserole dish, add Minute Rice, cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups, and 4 cans of water. Cover and cook rice. Then, add vegetables and chicken; cover and cook until vegetables are done. Add cheese soup, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste. Mix often while cooking.

This can be cooked on the stove top, in a 350º oven or over a campfire. To make clean up easier, line dutch oven with foil.
