Personal Notes:
Tips from Lynne Grimes Schnell and Theresa Marsala Laudato's - Substitute no- boil lasagna noodles for the regular noodles. My mom, Gloria Davis Bradshaw added chopped parsley, an and a little grated parmesan to the ricotta.

I remember watching Christine make her sauce and four trays of lasagna. Christine gave two trays away, froze one and ate one tray of lasagna that night. She was an amazing cook! Miss her much. - Mimi
