Ingredients: LEAN HAMBURGER LIQUID SMOKE SOY SAUCE 3 TBSP - SEASON SALT 1 1/2 TBSP - PEPPER 2 TBSP - LEMON PEPPER 1 TBSP - GARLIC POWDER 1 TBSP - CAJUN SPICE REGULAR HAMBURGER BUNS OR HAWAIIAN ROLLS FOR SLIDERS

Directions:MAKE 5 OZ PATTIES FOR REGULAR HAMBURGERS (USE YOUR THUMBS TO INDENT THE CENTER) OR MAKE 2 OZ PATTIES FOR SLIDERS. MIX 50% LIQUID SMOKE AND 50% SOY SAUCE IN A SQUIRT BOTTLE. MIX THE DRY INGREDIENTS; SEASON SALT, PEPPER, LEMON PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER AND CAJUN POWDER IN A SHAKER. COVER THE MEAT ON BOTH SIDES WITH THE LIQUID MIXTURE AND SPRINKLE DRY MIXTURE GENEROUSLY OVER THE MEAT ON BOTH SIDES. THE LEFTOVER MIXTURES CAN BE REUSED NEXT GRILLING SESSION. HEAT GAS GRILL ON HIGH 10 MINUTES WITH LID CLOSED. REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM AND COOK PATTIES FOR 4 MINUTES PER SIDE. IF YOU INSIST ON WELL DONE COOK 5 MINUTES PER SIDE |
