3 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

3 eggs
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 1/2 cups whole milk
4 tbsp melted butter or cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl
Do not combine the dry and wet until you are ready to fry the pancakes.
Leave the batter a little lumpy - the dry flour will cook out
