1 ½ - 2 ½ qt. cream
1 pt.-2 pt. milk
4 eggs – beaten
¼ tsp. salt
½ c. sweetened condensed milk
½ c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
· Heat 2 c cream and 1 c. milk
· Add rest of ingredients (eggs, salt, sugar, sweetened milk) and cook for 5 min. or until mixture coats spoon.
· Cool and add vanilla and rest of cream
· Put in ice cream freezer
