1 Fryer or 3 large chicken breasts
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups pasta (macaroni, egg noodles ,etc)
1 can whole kernel corn
1 large chopped onion
2-3 stalks celery chopped
Can chicken broth (if need more)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cut up fryer (or breasts) in water to cover with salt and pepper until tender. When done remove and let cool then debone chicken. Strain broth.

Add tomatoes to broth and cook on medium heat. While this is cooking sauté onions and celery in a little butter or oil until clear. Add to broth and tomatoes and cook slow for about 30 minutes.

Add cut up chicken, corn and macaroni adding additional salt and pepper if needed. Continue cooking for about 15 minutes. Can add more chicken broth if necessary.

This is good when not feeling well. Especially with a cold or flu like symptoms. The giant elbow noodles are the best!
