This recipe is pretty easy!! All you need is mushroom caps or jalapeños which ever you prefer, a package of bacon, a package of cream cheese, chopped frozen spinach, knorr veggie soup mix package, mayo, ground garlic and onion powder.

Directions:
Directions:
You defrost the spinach then drain all the liquid, then use the spinach in a bowl mix it with the softened cream cheese, then add a half a cup of mayo, pour in the soup mix, keep stirring add 2 tsp. of garlic and 1 tsp. of onion powder, keep stirring it and add some salt and pepper cayenne if you like spice!! Then put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes just to let the flavors absorb. After take it out and stuff them in your mushroom caps or jalapeños, then take the bacon and wrap it around the outside and if you have cheddar cheese grate it on top of the mushroom caps, then place in the oven on 375º F and should be done with 20-25 minutes; I always like to broil it for 1-2 minutes near the end the end to give it more of a crispy look on top.
