Romaine lettuce
1 fresh pear cubed
1 fresh apple cubed
1 cup cashews
1 cup Swiss Cheese shredded
1/4 cup dried cranberries

Dressing:
1 cup sugar
1/3 tsp. lemon juice
2 T. onion chopped fine
1 tsp.dujon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T.poppy seed
2/3 cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad greens, fruit, cheese and cashews. Combine dressing ingredients and heat until sugar dissolves; pour over greens before serving. This is a large serving of salad dressing so monitor the amount you put on salad. All ages love this salad.
