4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 sleeves Ritz crackers ( with garlic is good )
1 clove garlic finely chopped
2 green onions chopped
salt and pepper
1/2 stick butter melted
6 to 9 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl combine crushed crackers, cheese,garlic and onions.
Pound chicken to about 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch thick. Dip into melted butter then cracker mixture.. pressing into chicken. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle any remaining crumb mixture on chicken pieces

Bake 350 for 25 min
Serve with sauce made from crm of chicken soup, 2 T sour cream and 2 T melted butter, dash cayenne.
