1 cup butter (room temperature)
2 cups white sugar
3 eggs beaten
6 tablespoon of milk
2 teaspoon vanilla
5 1/2 cups of flour
3 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
(add more milk if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together butter and sugar. Beat eggs in small bowl then add to butter and sugar mixture. Add milk and blend, then add vanilla and mix together.

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.

Will be a soft dough. Can chill in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes before rolling out.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Take about 1/4 of dough, roll to 1/8 to 1/4 thickness on floured surface. Cut with cookie cutter. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. (Bottom will begin to brown, top of cookie raises/puffs a little.

Only a single batch fits in kitchen aid.
