1/2 C. Butter
4 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1/4 C. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
3 C. Powdered Sugar
2/3 C. Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until melted. Remove from the heat.
Stir in the cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
With an electric mixer, beat in the powdered sugar. Slowly beat in the sour cream. Let cool for 20 minutes before frosting cake or cupcakes.
