6-8 slices of crust less light bread – crumbled on bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan

1 lb meat cooked & crumbled on top of bread (sausage or bacon)

1 c cheddar cheese (or more to suit yourself)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the following and pour over above mixture:

6 eggs,
2 c milk,
1 tsp dry mustard,
salt & pepper.
Can combine the night before cover and store in refrigerator.

Bake at 350º for 30 min. or until golden brown.

*Additions – small can of sliced mushrooms (drained).
small can of diced green chilies (drained).
