1 pie crust
1 stick butter
2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Add sugar and mix well. Add salt and vanilla, then beaten eggs. As oven is preheating to 350, prebake pie crust until it looks dry and very light brown. This will help the bottom of the crust bake until flaky. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake for 35 min.
