"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous
1 pie crust 1 stick butter 2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate 1 c. sugar 2 eggs beaten 1 tsp vanilla dash salt
Melt butter and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Add sugar and mix well. Add salt and vanilla, then beaten eggs. As oven is preheating to 350, prebake pie crust until it looks dry and very light brown. This will help the bottom of the crust bake until flaky. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake for 35 min.
