10 C. peeled, pitted and sliced Peaches
1 C. Sugar
3 heaping Tbsp. Flour
2 tsp. ground Cinnamon
1 tsp. ground Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Line two pie pans with parchment paper. Fill the pie plates with the peach mixture, dividing peach mixture in half between the pie pans.
Freeze until solid. Remove from pie pans and place pie filling in large freezer bags.

When you want to make a pie, line the bottom of a pie pan with pie dough. Unwrap one package of frozen peach filling and place it in the bottom crust. Cover with a top crust and bake. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes, or until crust is golden. Allow pie to cool before slicing

Variation: You can also make a peach crisp by placing the peach filling in a pie pan and topping it with crumb topping. Bake at 375º for 35-45 minutes.
