Ingredients:
1 lb. Salmon, cut fillet in half
1 box of Herb Stove TopŠ Stuffing Mix, prepared as directed on box
1 Lemon Sliced
1 Onion Sliced
Tin Foil

Directions:
Directions:
Lay a piece of tin foil (large enough to wrap around Salmon) on the counter, dull side up. Arrange half of the lemon slices and half of the onion slices on the middle of the foil.
Lay one of the salmon halves, skin side down; on top of the lemon and onion slices on the foil.
Spread the prepared stuffing evenly on top of the salmon.
Place the remaining salmon half on top of the stuffing, skin side up.
Arrange the remaining half of lemon and onion slices on top of the salmon.
Pull the tin foil around the salmon and seal the tin foil closed. Roll the seam down and roll the sides of the foil in, forming a tin foil pouch.

Preheat the grill. Place foil wrapped salmon on the grill. Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side. The salmon should flake easily with a fork when done.

I received this recipe from Dave Huss. We had this at the Huss cabin one summer after Dave went on his annual Salmon Fishing Trip to Lake Michigan.
