2 pkgs or 2 Tbsp. yeast
2 tsp. salt
2 c. warm water
1/4 c. olive oil

Directions:
In large mixing bowl combine 2 1/2 c. flour, yeast, salt, water and oil. Beat at low speed of electric mixer for 1/2 minute. Beat 3 minutes at high speed. With dough hook, add remaining flour and mix with mixer until bowl is "cleaned" of dough. (When we use all whole wheat flour, usually 5 cups is about right. If you use regular flour, you will probably need 6 cups). Let rest for 10 minutes. Roll out for crust. Makes 2 jelly roll pans. Preparation time for dough: 20 minutes.

Personal Notes:
At our house Sunday night is pizza night. This is a really easy and yummy dough and you can divide it into portions and let each person put the toppings on that they would like. We usually use one 8 oz. can tomato sauce and add pizza seasonings to it and divide it onto the pizza dough. Add toppings of choice and bake in 400ºF oven for about 20-30 minutes or until crust is lightly browned on the edge and cheese is also lightly browned.
