Crust:
1 stick margarine or butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar



Bar:
1 c. sugar
1 c. Karo syrup
3/4 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. Captain Crunch cereal

Directions:
Directions:
For the Crust, melt butter and mix with flour and brown sugar. Lightly pat mixture into a 9x13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350º.
Bring to a boil in a small sauce pan the sugar and Karo syrup. Boil 30 seconds and then remove from heat.
In a separate bowl, add chocolate & butterscotch chips, peanut butter and cereal. Pour syrup mixture over and mix well. Add this entire mixture on top of the crust mixture.
