2 lbs chicken, cooked & cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
3 tubes Townhouse crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook & cube chicken (I use Cavenders seasoning on chicken). Mix cooked chicken, soup and sour cream in bowl. Crush 1 1/2 tubes of crackers and put in bottom of 9x13 sprayed pan. (If mixture seems too dry, add another can of creamed soup.) Put mixture over crackers. Crush remaining crackers and sprinkle on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. You can broil this until top crackers are golden brown.
