1 unbaked 9-inch Pie Shell
3 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 C. Brown Sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground Cloves
1/4 tsp. ground Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground Ginger
15 oz. can Pumpkin
1 C. Milk or Evaporated Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, salt and spices and beat well. Blend in pumpkin, add milk and beat well.
Turn into prepared pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce heat and bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
