5 oz. pkg. Cook and Serve Chocolate Pudding
3 C. Milk
1/3 C. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Baked 9" Pie Shell, cooled
Prepared Whipping Cream

Chocolate curls, grated chocolate or cooled, melted chocolate chips for garnish.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine pudding mix, milk, chocolate chips and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full bubbling boil. Remove from heat. Cool for 5 minutes in pan, stirring twice. Pour filling into pie shell.
*Cover surface of pie filling with saran wrap or wax paper, press lightly on top of filling to prevent a skin from forming. Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
Garnish with whipping cream and chocolate curls, grated chocolate or drizzle with cooled, melted chocolate chips, as desired.
