2 CUPS SUGAR
4 EGGS
1 CUP STRAWBERRY JAM
1 CUP RAISINS
1 CUP BUTTERMILK LK
1 CUP COCONUT
1 tsp VANILLA
1 tsp CINNAMON
2 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
1 tsp NUTMEG
1 tsp BAKING SODA
1 tsp Baking powder

MIX ALTOGETHER. POUR INTO GREASED/FLOURED PANS. BAKE AT 350 UNTIL DONE.

1 CUP SWEET MILK
1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
2 EGGS WELL BEATEN
1 CUP COCONUT
1 CUPS RAISINS
1 CUT NUTS.

BOIL TOGETHER MILK, SUGAR,EGGS . COOK UNTIL THICK. ADD REST
OF INGREDIENTS. ADD ENOUGH FLOUR TO THICKEN IF NEEDED.
