1 1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
3 C. Sugar
5 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
1/4 C. Milk
4 C. Flour
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
4 C. Apples, peeled and chopped

Glaze:
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 C. Powdered Sugar
1 Tbsp. Water
1/2 tsp. ground Cinnamon

Bread:
Mix oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and milk in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Gradually stir flour mixture into oil mixture, mix until blended.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Glaze:
In a saucepan melt butter . Stir in powdered sugar, water and cinnamon.

Immediately after removing bread from oven, poke holes in loaves and spoon glaze over bread. Leave bread in pans for 10 minutes to cool, before removing.
