1-1 1/2 lbs.stew meat
3 carrots, cut to bite size
2 white potatoes
3/4 c.celery chopped
3/4 c. V-8 juice
2 T. sugar
2 T. tapioca
salt, pepper to taste
Accent--sprinkle

Directions:
Combine in a casserole stew meat, carrots (bite size), white potatoes chopped, chopped celery, V-8 juice, granulated sugar, tapioca, sprinkle of accent, salt and pepper (to taste).
Bake for 5 hrs at 250º.
